DA | BA is located in Hudson, N.Y. aprox. 110 miles north of NYC on the Hudson River. Hudson known for its beautiful architecture and its many antique shops has become a haven for people seeking escape from the fast pace of Manhattan.
Chef/Owner Daniel Nilsson teamed with long time friend Executive Chef Ola Svedman to create this wonderful balance of fine dining set in a comfortable atmoshere. Warm earth tones are easy on the eyes and dishes like Scallops with White Chocolate or Lamb with cherry sauce opens our palette to explore new ways to look at the food we eat.
An amuse bouche is served prior to the first course and opens a nice feel to what ends up being a great meal. Our regulars relish in the small suprize and look forward to the Chef's new creations. Reasonable portions of fresh foods in creative and clean flavor combinations make DA | BA a great choice for the more adventurous eater.
DA | BA also serves pub fare including a burger and BLT that offers comfort to our guests and keeps them coming back for more.
